Rob Sigley

Rob is a former professional and semi-professional rugby player, driven and highly accomplished senior business leader with over 25 years of experience in the Soft FM services management industry.

He has operated at strategic board level within multiple businesses for the past 15 years.

Over the last 20 years, Rob has been responsible for winning and delivering contract services to the NEC Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Hilton Hotel Group and Midland Heart. Rob prides himself on customer satisfaction and accountability at all levels.

Mark Smith

Mark retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, having served in the R SIGNALS and Special Forces.  He co-founded Ridgmont Holdings, holds an MSc in Design of Information Systems and an MA in Defence Studies, represents the Defence & Security sector on the Area Council, and is a keen martial artist.

Amber Kelly

Frontier’s Office Manager, Amber, with a background in finance and HR within numerous industries such as including retail, medical, law and now facilities management. Amber likes routine and structure and is keen to present clear and accurate data. Personally, she appreciates serenity and family time.

Kevin Mann

After a full Army career in the Infantry and Special Forces, Kevin founded Level Peaks Associates and later co-founded Ridgmont Holdings. He has a background in Training and Equipment Capability Development, is passionate about supporting veterans and related charities, and enjoys travelling.

Chris Plant

Chris is the Group’s Finance Director and a Chartered Accountant.  With a background in running finance teams within the NHS, he now directs all financial activities across the growing Ridgmont team of companies.  In his spare time, he is a keen fisherman, and provides financial guidance to a number of local charities.

Kevin Brace

After studying horticulture and Business studies at university, Kevin sought industrial experience in London, before returning to his roots in the Malvern Hills and setting up his own business. Kevin went on to build a successful national commercial grounds maintenance and cleaning company over 25 years, working with all major facility management providers on multi-tier projects.

Using his extensive experience and industry knowledge, Kevin works closely with clients to deliver well-managed and efficient schemes tailored to their specific needs.
Outside of the company Kevin enjoys watching rugby and spending time in the countryside with his family.

Ashleigh Hossack

With a strong background in Business Management within the Maritime industry, Ashleigh has been brought on board to support the office in all areas of Facilities Management. She is passionate about contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of the company. Ashleigh enjoys being outdoors, where the peace and natural elements help her stay inspired and energised. She believes that staying connected with nature is essential for maintaining a balanced and creative mindset.

Jon Griffiths

The Operations Manager at Frontier FM with a background in Security and Facilities Management within the NHS, Construction, Social Housing, Retail and Cooperate spaces spanning over 15 years. In his spare time, he is a keen fisherman but ultimately enjoys spending time with his family the most.
